Our process

 

Techno-Draw will support and advise you throughout the drafting design of your new architectural project. We start with an initial consultation where your project becomes a reality. We can assist you with organizing site contours and existing building layouts through Geelong Survey solutions. Using this information we prepare existing condition drawings and develop conceptual designs for your approval.

 

The design will be finetuned to your complete satisfaction before submitting it for an energy rating assessment, followed by engineers footing design and structural beam design if any.
